The Edimax adapter works excellently with this router too. I bought the Edimax adaptor after scouring the reviews and so far I am extremely happy with it. I bought a 9dbi antenna to go with it to help improve the signal pickup.

I had totally overlooked this little gem as the price put me off - I figured it was the ew-73318ug least likely to work seeing as the box looks rather dated and it doesn't even state that it works with Vista x I disabled it's build in 'wireless management' software which can simply be removed from the start-up folder and it works just as well with vusta Windows Vista built in wireless connection manager.

I have only given it 4 stars simply because I've not had it long engough to test its durability but otherwise it would have got 5 stars no problem. All my other wireless devices, including a laptop running Vista, are able to connect to the internet via the Have you tried this device in another system just to make sure it is workig?

I only had a bit of trouble at first because my PC kept trying to re-install my old driver but this is not an issue with the Edimax kit. Customers also shopped for. Manually switching back to the in built Windows configuration utilty quickly sorted this out. The build quality is really good.
